The harmony of natural and synthetic.
A series of motion graphic design compositions made in conjunction with a poster to be presented at Jon Krasner’s Symbiosis exhibit at the Jean McDonough Arts Center in Worcester, MA. The challenge of this project was to creatively show the dichotomy between natural and synthetic elements, and I chose to do so through the use of design and photography.
For the motion graphic portion of the project, I took photographs of a variety of different objects, and then manipulated them in Adobe Photoshop to create incredible visuals. I then brought them into After Effects and culminated everything together into two animations, both of which were presented at the exhibit.
